Ingredients
For 2 people
1 Can of Smiling Fish Fried Mackerels in Chili (185 g.)
200 g. cooked rigatoni
2 T. olive oil
1 T. minced garlic
½ a sliced onion
¼ each diced red, yellow and green bell peppers
1 chopped celery
2 T. water
1 T. seasoning sauce
1 T. finely chopped parsley
¼ T. salt
¼ T. freshly ground black pepper

How to
1. Medium heat the olive oil in pan. Add garlic and stir fry until fragrant. Then add onions, red, yellow and green bell peppers and celery, stir-fry until the vegetables are cooked.
2. Add Smiling Fish Fried Mackerels in Chili and stir to form bite-sized pieces. Add water and seasoning sauce. After boiling, add rigatoni. Stir for a moment to loosen the noodles. And the sauce looks thicker, add parsley, season with salt and black pepper, stir well and turn off the heat.
3. Put the pasta on a plate. Decorate with parsley and serve hot.
