Ingredients
For 2 people
2 T. chopped red onions
1 T. chopped bergamot leaves
2 T. roasted rice
1 egg yolk
1 egg
4 T. bread crumbs
300 g. of cooked glutinous rice
Salt and black pepper powder
Fresh vegetables: cucumber, centella asiatica, basil, mint, long beans, Chinese cabbage
Serve with dipping sauce
Dip in sauce
1 T. of palm sugar
1 ½ T. Tamarind Juice
2 T. fish sauce + 1 t.
½ t. cayenne pepper
1 T. roasted rice
1 T. chopped green onions
1 t. chopped parsley
How to
1. Mix Larb Pla-Yim, red onion, bergamot leaves, roasted rice, egg yolk, and bread crumbs together. It can be made into two cubes.
2. Put the glutinous rice in a ring with a diameter of about 8 centimeters and a thickness of about 1 centimeter. Beat the eggs into a bowl and stir well. Coat both sides of the glutinous rice with the eggs. Season with salt and pepper. Heat the frying pan over medium heat until both sides are cooked.
3. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Stir fry fish larb hamburger.
4. Make the dipping sauce by Mix palm sugar, tamarind juice, fish sauce, and chili powder, stirring well. Add roasted rice, scallions, and parsley and mix.
5. Put the filet iceberg on top of the glutinous rice. and the Fish Burger on top, Spread Larb Pla-Yim. Season with a little sauce. Cover with another piece of glutinous rice and serve with fresh vegetables.
