Ingredients
For 4 People
2 cans of Smiling Fish Fried Mackerels with Chilli or
2 pouches of Pumpui Crispy Baby Clam Snack
4 baby cos lettuces
1 filet iceberg
1 chopped red bell pepper
1 chopped yellow bell pepper
1/2 bowl half chopped grape tomatoes
1 bowl slided Japanese cucumber
80 g. diced feta cheese
10 black sliced olives
Dressing
6 T. lemon juice
1 T. salt
1 T. powdered black pepper
1 T, olive oil
2 T. minced garlics
2 T. minced parsleys
2 T, minced mint
How to
1. In mixing bowl, arrange baby cos lettuces, red and yellow peppers, grape tomatoes, Japanese cucumber. Chill them in the fridge for a while.
2. To mix the dressing, whisk lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Pour olive oil, whisk it until it’s blended. Add garlics parsleys, mints, stir and pour it into a bowl.
3. To serve, remove bowl from fridge, add feta cheese, black olive, and mackerels. Pour the dressing, mix well. Serve with crispy baby clam on top.
