Thai Style Spicy Fish Salad with Salted Egg

Ingredients

For 4 people
3 cans Smiling Fish Fried Mackerels in Chilli Sauce
1 bowl fried cashew nuts
5 minced shallots
2 chopped celeries
3 minced lemongrasses
Vz bowl fried kaffir lime leaves
1 medium chopped salted egg
celeries top for topping

Dressing
3 T. sauce in the cans
1 T. Thai chilli paste
1 T. fish sauce
1 T. lemon juice
1 T. minced chilli

How to
1. Sift fried mackerels from the chilli sauce. To make the dressing, combine the chilli sauce. Thai chili paste, fish sauce, lemon juice and chilli together.

2. In a mixing bowl, add fried mackerels, cashew nuts, shallots, celeries, lemongrasses, and kaffir lime leaves, then add the dressing and mix them.

3. Serve on a plate, scattered with salted egg and celeries top.
